THE CAT LADY ROSES & VERSE 7.5 Decoupage & Insert Mini Kit Completed by Darlene Handorff

I printed onto glossy photo paper and easily cut out the main pattern piece. I added that to a pretty piece of journal paper with double-sided tape. I then added that to a piece of card stock cut to size.

Next I added the small strip of lace and a small blue rose with the bow. I then decorated with decoupage that I had in my stash, and some small silk petal flowers adding a little bit of bling to them.

Lastly I took a larger piece of card stock and covered it with the Rose material using fabric tack then I added the card to that.

This is going to a friend of mine who loves cats, and is a good friend.
