Used a 6" white square card. Glued 6mm baby pink and turquoise iridescent pearls on the opposite corners. Added 6mm cerise, baby blue and red iridescent pearls on the cupcake. Attached the matching insert inside with d/s tape.
Created the matching envelope with d/s tape and tacky glue.
