I printed the page and cut out all the elements. I fixed the base image to an 8x8 300gsm card using DST.

I layered all the decoupage using DS Foam Pads. I fixed the smaller image to 300gsm card using glue. Folded in half to make a lovely gift card. I will add a verse using the insert and a sentiment from the selection included later.
