I used a 6" x 6" white square card. Added extra 3D squares under the submarine to create a raised effect. Glued 6mm yellow iridescent pearls in opposite corners. Attached 2mm gold pearls on the portholes and added Dovecraft crystal glitter glue on the bubbles and portholes.
