Reduced the size to fit a 6" card, then printed on matte photo paper. Attached the topper with dst, then the decoupage layers with silicone gel, except for the second layer of the round medallions which I glued to the center inside left and center back pages of the card.
Finished with copper peel-off borders along the top and bottom edges and touches of glitter in the rose center.
