I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image with pink glitter card and mounted it onto a white base card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and silicone gel and to finish the card I added a pink bow and some glitter...a beautiful design suitable for various occasions.
