Whoever Said ... Diamonds are a Girls Best Friend ...Completed by Susan Heanes

I printed onto Crafty Bob's Photo paper and cut required pieces. I Matted the Base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base. I then added the next layer with foam tape and some decoupage with foam pads.

I Matted two Greeting Tags onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape, cut out and added to my card with foam tape.

To finish I added Glitter to the Sparkles and used the Matching insert inside. This is such a Beautiful design.
