I printed on to 250 gsm white super smooth card and cut out all elements.I used foam pads for the decoupage and i mounted the topper on to gold mirror card and then on to a white card blank.To finish off i added some small gems,a ribbon bow and used liquid pearls for the sprinkles on the cupcakes.Astunning design!
