3D Xmas Singing Snowmen Treat or Favour Box Mini KitCompleted by Gwyneth George

I made an assortment of treat boxes up with the help of a five and a six year old nephew. Firstly the pieces were printed out onto 300gsm Super Smooth cardstock. The youngsters cut out the outside pieces while I cut out the inside boxes. I scored all the lines and then we put the treat boxes together, using a tape runner pen to attach the bottom of the box to the outside. Then it was simply a case of putting in some sweets and I used extra strong tape to seal the top.

I love these boxes, and the fact that there's so many different images available to buy from CUP. The shape of the outside is easy for children to cut out, so it's a nice project to work on with children - and my nephews really loved working on them. They are large enough for a small number of sweets or chocolates, without being too large.
