The month of May is filled with special occasions that these would make a quick and great gift. The first week of May celebrates Teacher Appreciation Week, International Nurses Week, and Cinco de Mayo and Fiesta celebrations. After that there is Motherâ??s Day, graduations, and Fatherâ??s Day in June.
And, itâ??s never too early to start making Christmas gifts! These Frappuccino Carriers are a fabulous and economical gift for many occasions.
As well as giving someone their favourite Frappuccino, you can drink the Frap yourself (oh, darn) and recycle the bottles.
Fill them with candies, cocoa mix, puppy treats, beads, or bath salts.
Other bottles also fit nicely in these carriers, so you could also give small bottles of wine, or maybe special micro-brewery beer or hot sauce for the guys.
The pocket on the carrier holds a small card and is sized to hold a gift card as well for a special surprise.

I printed the carrier sheet x2 on strong card then printed on the reverse using matching backing sheet cup420657_958 to line. The labels sheet was printed on light card and cut out. The carrier was made following the lovely clear tutorial included, adding strong DST to all tabs, first adding pockets to both sides then glueing the carrier pieces together. I didn't have the recommended bottles, so I used two empty sauce jars which fitted inside nicely, but aren't very tall. (I'll be keeping my eyes open for suitable containers!)
I added the bottle bands with DST ,filled one with marshmallows and one with treats then closed the lids. As these were larger than the lid tops included, I cut out 2 circles of red canvas, added DST to the top of the lids, fixed the circles on and tied with green ribbon. I punched a hole in the bottle labels and tied with the lid ribbon. Cristal stickles was added to details on the pocket, and the gift tag before tieing it on. It all looks very festive! This is a super little carrier for Christmas gifts and the printed reverse gives a very professional finish if you use the separate backing sheet.
I love this design!
I printed all the sheets (you need to print one twice) onto good quality card and then cut out and made up the carrier using double sided tape.
Included are extras to decorate the gifts inside the carrier so everything is matching!
I printed on the reverse of the card with a digi sheet from my stash. A great gift idea especially if you make your own jams or you can add your own handmade cards!
