I printed both sheets onto 200 gram smooth card and made up per easy instructions following all the fold and score lines before cutting out.

I glued the parts using wet glue and added the pieces using sticky pads.

I fastened with a Velcro dot and finished off by threading silver cord and a pearl through the tag.....this is so cute
