The kit was printed onto matt photo paper and made up as per the instructions included on the sheets.

I added the optional decoupage layers to the tag and a pink eyelet to the hole in the tag (which is also optional) and then threaded 3mm wide pink ribbon through the hole before tying the gift tag to the handle of the bag.

You could use thin cord or a fancy fibre to suspend the tag instead of ribbon.
