I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements.I used the front of the shaped card as a topper ...I matted the topper onto green card then mounted it onto black card stock.

I added the decoupage using foam pads...WoW this is a great design especially for teens and skate boarders.
