I printed this kit onto 190gsm photo paper at half size and cut out all the pieces. I layered the main image onto a blue holographic card mat and attached this and the insert onto a striped base card.

I then added all the decoupage using foam pads.

A very easy card to make and one which is sure to please the recipients.
