Its a Party for BoyCompleted by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares. I then added the "happy birthday" greeting to the bottom of the card using foam squares.

This card is perfect for use as a birthday card as well as an engagement or anniversary card.
