Great card. I used 'Printmaster', a publishing program, to print onto a blank 6x6 white card. I printed the decoupage onto white card, cut and attached with sticky foam pads. I finished the card with colored buttons.
I used the following verse - A very special birthday, For a very special boy, A day filled with laughter, A day filled with joy. Happy Birthday.
