I printed the design onto crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto yellow and green card and mounted it onto white stock card...I then added the decoupage using foam pads the depth of the decoupage is amazing you can add as many or less layers as you want...to finish the design I added little peel offs and a little cycle...Awesome!!!!

Janyce...stand up and take a bow...this design is perfect for teens.
