Whale of a time three Completed by Wendy De Winter

Printed main design onto 130gsm matte inkjet paper and mounted base image onto aqua card stock. Attached 3D elements with foam pads and used a border sticker around the edge. Added faux gems, a touch of sparkle and a greeting.
