I placed the main image on white card with double sided tape, I left the top part above the crease of the card and then did the same on the other side of the card with the last months image.

To complete I added a sentiment on the back mage and the year sentiment to front image I added gold peel off dots to either side of sentiment on both sides of card to finish off.
