I printed the design on to a Glossy photo paper from CUP. I clipped the items out. I made my own Black card and glued the main design on to it after Wave patterned them both all around.

You can use different colors to different kitchens if the person is having it in the kitchen! I made it for a Fridge in a white and black kitchen. Therefore the Black background. I attached the Decoupage on using Sticky pads. A quick and easy Stunning, Fun, Loving design with Amazing colors! It turned in to a Gorgeous and Lovely Calendar card!
