I printed onto matte photo card. I used an 8 x 8 card blank. I attached the calendar sections together with staples then added book binding glue to the top edge. I attached to the topper using DST.

I added to the main card then attached the notes panels to the right hand side after stapling them together.

I added more note panels to the inside.
