Printed onto Gloss photo paper. DST was used was used to attach the card front to a grey card. Foam pads were used to build up the Pyramid. The calendar sheets and the memo sheets were printed onto thin gloss paper.

I used Staples to attach the Memo sheets inside the card, and to attach the Calendar elements to the Card.
