I printed the cover sheet on cardstock and the inside pages on quality copy paper. I hole punch the inside sheets individually as suggested in the instructions. To hold the notebook together yet allow for replacement pages I used pink rhinestone brad fasteners.

These are just the right size to keep in your purse or glove compartment.
