Copied to glossy photo paper and 160gsm. presentation card. Cut out, scored and folded. Punched holes and threaded through with ribbon. Added lettering in black and gold peel-offs. Great size for your handbag or pocket.

I also made one without the fold. I used d.s.t. for the pages and gave it a glitter brown card spine. Added 2014 and Notes all in black glitter peel-offs.
