I printed onto Crafty Bo9b's photo paper and cut out. The Main Topper was mat and layered onto alternate layers of Gold Glitter and Red Christmas Text embossed card with d/s tape and attached to a White 8x8 Card Blank.
The Second Topper Layer was added with foam tape and the Decoupage added with foam pads. To finish I added Red Pearls and the Matching Insert inside.
