I printed the design onto good quality matte photo paper and cut out all the elements..I matted and layered the main image and mounted it onto a base card...I added some diecut shapes and then applied the decoupage and diecut leaves using silicone gel...to finish the card I added a bow and pearls...a gorgeous design.
