This fabulous topper will fit the front of a 8"x 8" card blank but can be easily made smaller in any graphic programme.

Printed onto glossy photo paper. Cut out all elements. Attached base image to card stock using ds tape. Built up image with 1mm foam pads. Added insert using ds tape.
. I cut out all the pieces and covered a white base card with a backing sheet which was an insert. I then matted the main image onto a grey embossed paper before attaching it toward the top of the card. I then added a sentiment, again matted on the same paper, and all the decoupage using foam pads. A delightful card which is sure to appeal to lots of people.){kind=link}
