Christmas Holly Watercolour - BearCompleted by Louisa Price

A Bear who is supposed to be hibernating in the snowy months wearing a reindeer Christmas jumper..... Dont give this card to a pedantic! But I love the quirky nature of the artwork! I kept this card simple, exactly as the designer produced it. I printed onto Matte photo paper, and layered it as intended, using foam pads. Ant cut edges were covered with Wild Honey Distress ink for the gold edge, and Peacock Feathers Distress ink for the Holly Leaves. I added red enamel dots on the background holly, and glaze on the larger berries, and also added glaze to the eyes and nose of the Bear before mounting it onto an 8x8 card blank.

In addition, as I had some bits left over from other designs in this series, I created a separate card front matting and layering Navy and white card stock, an insert I had printed on the wrong side of the paper, and 4 small images left over from the other designs which were matted onto Gold mirri, and navy card stock. I also used one of the spare sentiments, and some glitter pen, and some red Gems, and another card 8x8 has appeared from the left overs.
