Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. Used DST to attach the Topper to a White Card. I repeated the process to stick the Insert inside the card. Foam Pads to add the Decoupage, Gold Glitter, was used in the middle of the flowers. Crystal Glitter was used on Santa's Hat.
