I added the sentiment before I printed on matte card twice I used the second print to give me some different decoupage than the file, I used foam squares to add the decoupage, then glitter paint for some highlights and Glossy Accents on the eyes.

I printed an insert and envelope to match on 100gsm paper to complete.
