Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto cup650503_5, then onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a blue insert.
I printed the sheets onto satin photo paper. Cut out the base picture and attached it to an 8 x 8 inch card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
I die cut a snowflake and added it just above the bears nose and put a cystal gem in the centre of it.
