I was quite spoilt for choice with this kit - you can do detailed decoupage, but there are pyramage options, too - and then for the inserts, you can either have the cover design repeated minus the stag, or you can use the extra insert paper. And on top of that, there's tags and a box!

I went for the detailed decoupage. I chose the blank sentiment, as I need German rather than English sentiments; I used the font "Carllitos".

I first printed out the required pages onto smooth quality cardstock, then cut everything out. I omitted the pine needles - I'm not the world's most patient fussy cutter.

I layered the elements using a mix of foam squares and glue dots. I finished the design of with some pearls, a little gold glitter on the antlers and clear dimensional gloss on the berries (see detail photo).
