I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and scored as necessary before cutting out. I then cut out slits and folded to make the base. then added the panels, decoupage and sentiment using foam pads.

I have made a whole set of these cards as they are so pretty and a bit different. I printed onto 190gsm card and scored and cut out all the pieces. I folded where indicated and followed the instructions for putting the main image inside the frame.
I added all the other pieces using 3D foam pads.
