I printed onto Crafty Bob's photo paper and cut out all pieces. I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and added to a White card base. The Second layer was added with foam tape and the decoupage was added with foam pads.

To finish I added Clear Gems, A Red Bow and Gem and the Matching insert inside. A gorgeous design.
