I printed the design onto good quality 255gsm photographic paper and cut it out. Following the instructions, I scored and folded the card as expected. I printed the backing paper onto 200gsm card then fed it back through the printer to print the jar design on the back.
This lets me cut out the insert exactly to fit the jar shape. I added the holly to the lid of the jar to complete. I printed both versions of the jar to create a second card and printed an insert as I did for the first jar.
I added one of the greetings using a thin foam tape and the bow to the lid to complete. I also added the separate greeting panel, provided in the kit, on the inside of each jar using double sided tape.
A beautiful card for Christmas and great value for money in that there are two cards for the price of one.
Each will fit into a 5 x 7 envelope for posting.
Santa Mason Jar - approx. card size - 7 in. x 5 in. - Sheets printed onto quality matte photo paper.
White base cardstock used, selected medium green cardstock as background. Glued topper in place, layering with double sided mounting tape. Added glitter. Gift tag included. Card includes matching envelope.
