I made this card using Glossy Photo Paper which i then put on Blue textured card stock as I wanted to make the whole card shaped.
I then printed out a second copy and cut out some of the elements on the card thus making it a 3d shaped card.
On this card the Cat and the Tag where cut out of the second sheet and attached with 3d Foam dots.
