I printed onto matte photo paper and cut out all the decoupage elements. These were attached with foam pads.

I mounted the topper onto blue glitter card making the overall card 7x7 inch.

Finished off by adding some glitter highlights and self adhesive gems.

I also used the insert printed on paper, trimmed to size and attached with dst.
