I printed the sheets on matt photo card and cut out all the elements. I matt and layered the topper with red and black pearlescent card and attached to an 8x8 card blank all with DST.
I added the decoupage and a sentiment with foam pads and finished with gems and glamour dust. Such a cute design, so easy to make!
Printed onto matte coated paper, then mounted onto white card. I used silicone for the decoupage and finished of with a white insert.
