I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and added a die cut icicle border. Layered all elements. Added a silver border, stars, glitter and a sentiment. I then used the small topper to make a gift tag. Such a cute design.

I printed out sheets onto matt photopaper, cut out and attached base to large square white card, added decoupage with foam pads and finished with glitter glamour dust to pom pom, robin's hat and stocking.
