I printed the sheets onto matte photo paper. I cut out the main picture and attached it to a white scalloped card blank. The decoupage was added using foam pads.
I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to a card and layered. Added pearls, glitter, a sentiment, and a personalised greeting. A gorgeous, fun design.
