The design was printed on quality card stock, The decoupage was done with sticky pads. Double sided tape was used to adhere a red matte and then a white card. For the second card, I reduce the size and made the topper up the same way.

I punched snowflakes around the sides and bottom of the white card and adhered a red snowflake punched border on the front inside of the white card.
