I cut out all elements and layered with foam tape. I mounted on a turquoise mat and then a light blue card front. I added some clear gems to the snowflakes and some yellow gems to the flowers.

I used turquoise liquid pearls in the corner scrolls and bronze on the buttons. Lastly I added some glitter to the Eskimos fur trim
