I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.
Such a beautiful design especially when used on a jumbo card.
This was printed onto white glossy photo paper and decoupaged up. I added card candy around the edge and backed the image onto a square scallop edged card blank.
