What a lovely card! I printed the sheets onto gloss photo paper. I cut out all the pieces. Then, using foam pads, I attached the decoupages to the main card. I glued it onto blue cardstock and glued the insert inside.
I, then, made two little cards as you get lots of decoupages. This is a great design and a very cute card!
