I printed on to 250gsm for the main card. I printed on to 160gsm for everything else. I cut out the pieces for the main card and stuck the insert inside the card. I cut out 2 of the layers for the bear and a sentiment.
I stuck these on with foam pads. The envelope was easy to put together.
