The pretty design is my own original artwork and fits nicely on an A5 card front with a little space to matte and layer should you wish
It has 3 sheets with decoupage, 2 inserts, one with wording and one without ... there are two sentiments (3 including the one on the preview sheet) and one blank if you prefer to add your own wording.
The sentiments included are Season's Greetings, Happy Holidays and Winter Wishes
