Chloe with Snowflake Topper Mini KitCompleted by Anne-marie Wheeler

I printed all the sheets onto smooth card and cut out all the elements. I used dst to stick the base and insert to the card blank. I then added the decoupage using foam pads lastly added added a ribbon.

I haven't added sentiment yet as I'm not sure who I am giving card to.
