I Printed this design off on 200 gsm matte photo paper. I cut out all the elements and then put the elements together with foam dots and double sided tape. To make a 3d effect.

I decided that i wanted to cut around the final piece instead of leaving it square. To finish off the card i placed the topper on a glitter embossed cream card and then used different shades of blue diamante as the final piece.
