Covered a 5 1/2" card with blue glitter paper, then attached a topper with extra-strong double-sided tape. Cut the circle from the second topper and attached it with thin foam tape. The insert was attached with regular dst.
Finished with a sentiment from a Merry Christmas sentiment sheet, cup725018_59450, (added glitter to it), a glittered snowflake from the embellishment assortments that had been free from CUP, and Stickles glitter glue here and there on the picture.){kind=link}
