I printed on to 250gsm for the main card. I printed on to 160gsm for the envelope and insert. I stuck the envelope pieces together with wet glue. I cut out the main card and insert. I stuck the insert inside the card with double sided tape.
I added the layers to the front of the card with foam pads.
